Stockholm based, Sandqvist bags takes it name from founder, Anton Sandqvist. The brand was launched in 2004 with the aim to deliver bags and backpacks designed for 'everyday use' with simplicity, durability, style and function. The new luxury range first introduced in 2015 with the Sandqvist Hege and Alva backpacks featured a leather and heavy canvas combination and proved an instant hit, becoming brand staples. Made from organic cotton canvas and leather, Alva is a diverse work/play backpack, while Hege offers a spacious and sleek design.

Sandqvist backpacks are made from 100% organic cotton sourced directly from farmers and recycled fibres from consumer waste, with the brand operating an entirely transparent supply chain. The brand's motto is: "We recycle history as we know it and refine it out of our minds". Off the back of their ever popular successful hiking-inspired backpacks, the 'Hans' backpack and 'Stig' rucksack are brand favourites even today.
